Most fitness brands sell more.

I sell the opposite.

One workout per week. Same workout, repeated, three times. Fifteen to twenty-five minutes. A five-minute mini session if you want to add a bit. Daily meditations. A weekly live class. That's it. That's the whole thing.

Why? Because familiarity builds confidence faster than novelty ever will. Because doing the same workout three times tells you something, doing three different workouts can't;  that you're getting stronger! And because if you've got a 4 pm pickup and a 5 pm dinner to make, you don't need another app demanding more decisions from you.

You need one good thing, ready when you are.

How a week in the Club works.

Press play.

This week's workout, fifteen minutes. Same one you'll do next time.

Press play again.

Same workout, two days later. You'll notice things you didn't see the first time.

One more.

Same workout, third time this week. This is the rep where the habit clicks.

Optional five-minute mini session.

For the days you want a small extra.

A quick word from Tiff before you decide anything.

"Do I need experience to do this?"

No. If you've never done Pilates, haven't exercised in a while, or you're postnatal, start with the Foundation series. Everything is walked through slowly. The Flow Reformer Band adds resistance without complicating anything.

If you're wondering what the catch is, the catch is that I want you to feel the practice before you pay for it. That's the whole idea.
