Hi! I'm Tiff.
I builtย the Good Movement Club for women who've been curious about Pilates but haven't been ready to commit. Over six weeks, I'll walk you through the basics, breath, core, and how the Flow Reformer Band works, at the pace you'd actually do them. Press play, follow along, build your confidence.
After the six weeks, the Reformer Band is yours to keep. Stay if you want. Stop if you want. Up to you. (I hope you stay!

A quick word from Tiff before you decide.
What's in the program?
Six weeks of structured beginner workouts, each built around the Flow Reformer Band. One workout a week, designed to be repeated two or three times before you move to the next.
1: How to breathe and engage your core.
Pilates makes no sense without these two things. We start here.
2: Setting up the Flow Reformer Band.
What it does, how it feels, and how to use it without overthinking it.
3: The basics in motion.
The classical reformer band exercises, slowed down and walked through, with the Flow Reformer Band doing the resistance work.
4: Putting it together.
A full beginner flow, top to toe. Around 15 minutes.
5: Building.
Same flow, with a few additions. The repetition is the point. Watch what changes.
6:ย The full Pilates practice.
A workout that looks and feels like the ones in the Club. By now you'll be feeling confident.
Is this program for you?
Who I built this for
โย Women who've thought "I should try Pilates" for years and never have.ย
โย Women who've been to one studio class, hated feeling like the worst person in the room, and quietly decided it wasn't for them.ย
โย Women who've just had a baby (or had one years ago; you're postnatal forever, not just twelve months after the birth) and want to find their core again without anyone watching.ย
โย Women who don't want a monthly subscription, don't want to be sold to, and don't want a fitness app with a thousand workouts when they need exactly one.
Who this is not for
โ If you're an experienced reformer Pilates regular, this programย might feel slow. You'd probably get more from the Club, where the workouts assume some knowledge. (Have a look at that instead.)
โ If you're pregnant, this isn't the right time. Check back in when you get your postnatal medical clearance.
What's included
What happens after the six weeks?
Your Flow Reformer Band is yours to keep. The videos are yours. There's no day-43 email asking you to upgrade or level up.

If you don't want to keep going, thatโs also ok. Do the six weeks. Take what you need.ย
