There is just one weekly 15 - 25 minute full body workout that you’ll repeat a minimum of 3 times.

You can also add quick 5 minute mini sessions to extend your workout or even create your own. There’s so much variety but there’s also a solid weekly routine, so you can actually feel yourself improving and getting stronger.
